How it works
Players usually set mine count, then reveal tiles. More mines mean higher multipliers and a thinner safe path. Cashout locks the current multiplier. The live grid size and mine range belong to Duel.com's client.
RTP and house edge
The Originals allowance mechanic is the operator's path to a net-zero edge claim. Mines still punishes greed: one extra click after a good sequence is a common way to donate the round.
100% RTP does not mean every player wins. Zero house edge, when it applies, does not remove variance, losing sessions, or the daily allowance cap Duel.com describes.
Variance
Scales with mine count. A 1-mine board is a different game from a dense board.
Pros
- Player controls when to stop.
- Mine count makes risk explicit.
- Fits the Originals fairness story if seeds are exposed.
Cons
- Stopping discipline is the whole game.
- High mine counts look exciting and lose quickly.
- Allowance and per-bet limits still apply.

Frequently asked questions
Is Duel Mines 100% RTP?
Duel.com markets Originals around 100% RTP / zero edge inside a published daily allowance. After that allowance, Duel.com says a house edge returns. Check the live client. 100% RTP is not a session win guarantee.
