Duel.com can be described as having a non-KYC onboarding model: creating an account is typically low-friction. That is not the same as “KYC can never be requested.”

What non-KYC onboarding usually means

In this market, non-KYC onboarding means you can often create an account and deposit crypto without uploading a passport first. It is a description of signup friction, not a legal status and not a promise about later withdrawals.

When verification can still appear

Duel.com's Terms of Service state that the operator may request KYC before processing a withdrawal. Suspicious activity, large cash-outs, mismatched details, or compliance reviews can all trigger a check. Thresholds, if any, belong in the live cashier and support messages — not as a frozen number on this site.

Non-KYC is not anonymous

Crypto deposits still leave chain traces. Email, device, IP and withdrawal addresses still exist. Non-KYC onboarding does not erase AML rules or the operator's published right to request documents before a payout.
