What the published terms say
Duel.com's Terms of Service list multiple restricted jurisdictions, including the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, the Netherlands (including Curaçao and other parts of the Kingdom of the Netherlands), Australia, Spain, and additional countries. The list can change.
Why availability differs
Licensing, local gambling law, payment-rail risk and operator policy all shape a restricted list. A site can be reachable in a browser and still be prohibited for residents of that country. Reachability is not permission.
VPN and location detection
Operators commonly use IP, payment and account signals to detect location. This review will not explain how to evade those controls. If Duel.com is restricted where you live, do not use it.
